Amadeus III is ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Sunnybeach within 600m of the beach and 100m of Action Water park. The centre of Sunnybeach (the Kuban hotel) where bars, restaurants and transport links are within 300m. There is a large adult swimming pool and smaller child's pool with paved surround. Our apartment is on the 6th floor and enjoys a superb pool view from the balcony. The layout includes open plan living/dining leading out via patio doors to the sunny balcony. The balcony has superb pool views catching the sun from morning until late evening. Ample kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave; washing machine: a bathroom with WC, basin and shower cubicle, and one double and twin bedrooms
