The kitchen has an oven and ceramic hob, a large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and a coffee table. There is also an iron, small ironing board and clothes airer. The spacious hallway incorporates a fitment with mirror and coat hooks and a safe.
The balcony has a sunny aspect and is 14 foot long by 4 foot wide with a table and chairs.
There is a large well appointed shower room with free hot water.

The complex consists of two 5 storey developments adjacent to each other. Balkan Breeze 1 & 2 have 82 & 72 self-catering apartments. Each have a swimming pool & there is a bar serving drinks & meals.

Our previous guests have all enjoyed their holidays in Balkan Breeze and have said they would definitely go again and recommend us. Favourable comments have been received about the peaceful location, the close proximity to the seafront, the atmosphere of the resort, the many restaurants, excellent prices, the wonderful beach, the weather, the aquapark etc. The only complaint being that they had to return home and there were still many things they had not had time to see or do.
Bulgaria is fast becoming a top holiday destination. Sunny Beach, aptly named for its sunny climate, spectacular beach and safe bathing is the largest resort on the Black Sea Coast. It is in a beautiful 5 mile semi-circular bay with a mountain backdrop.
The complex is situated in West Sunny Beach on the Black Sea Coast, 5 miles from the ancient town of Nessebur, 12 miles from Bourgas Airport and 18 miles from the town of Bourgas which is easily accessible by bus from Sunny Beach.
The apartments are perfectly situated in a quiet location between the mountains and the sea but are only 700 metres from the beach and lively resort which has many bars, entertainment and restaurants. Both the aquapark and a go-carting track are within close proximity. There is a good bus and taxi service and many trips can be booked in resort.
