The apartment comes fully furnished with a king-size bed in bedroom one, a set of bunk beds in bedroom two, and a sofa-bed and dining table in the main living area. Also included are an oven with ceramic hob, a generous fridge/freezer, 1400 spin Washing Machine, LCD 50 channel cable television and a combination microwave.
Balkan Breeze was completed at the start of 2007. More recently, its neighbour Balkan Breeze 2 was completed, and you are welcome to its share facilities.
There is a bar area by the pool that is staffed, and the on-site outside dining restaurant offers lunches and evening meals. A shop / off licence is available adjacent to the complex.

Sunny Beach lies only 35 km away north of the city of Bourgas and features wide blue flag beaches and warm sea with a gently sloping sandy bottom and approximately 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October.
Sunny Beach has many restaurants as well as taverns with folklore shows, bars with floor shows, night clubs, casino, discos and cafes. Eating out is very cheap by UK standards.
At the far end of Sunny Beach, just a short bus ride away is the historic town of Nessebar. It has over 40 medieval churches. Some of the churches have stunningly beautiful facades and interiors and are among the best preserved ones in the Balkan Peninsula.
There are plenty of sports available: two aqua parks, surfing, water skis and parachutes, hang-gliding and banana boats, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters, rowboats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling and a riding ground.
Children will love it - plenty of fun and games, childrens pools, slides, carting, water slides, trampolines, sport schools.
