The attractive building is set off the main road amongst pine trees in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for relaxation, but convenient to lively Sunny Beach, which is a five minute walk away. The Blue Flag beach with its shallow, none tidal waters, ideal for families is approximately 300m from the studio. World heritage site, 4000 year old historic Nessebar is close by and can be reached by water ferry, bus, taxi or on foot.
Amenities on site include adult pool with pool bar, childrens pool, restaurant, cafe, shop and pool room. The apartment is light, airy, well equipped and comfortable. The large semi circular balcony has pleasant aspect overlooking distant mountains.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning and is on the 6th floor, accessed by lift and comprises spacious entrance hall, bathroom with shower, main room with double and singe sofa beds, satellite television and dvd player, fully fitted kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with super king sized bed. The large semi circular balcony, with garden furniture is accessed via walkway from the lounge or through french door from the bedroom. Because of its position in the building it offers a sense of peace and seclusion.

New in 2006 with pool,restaurant and shop on site, the apartment is set amongst pine trees in a quiet part of the resort, but only a short walk from the bars restaurants and wide sandy beach.

Sunny Beach is the biggest and sunniest resort in the area, with a 5 mile stretch of golden sand,(blue flag status) natural dunes and clean calm none tidal sea, ideal for families. The resort has many shops, bars with floor shows, taverns with folklore shows, night clubs, a casino, discos and beach side cafes. There is an abundance of water sports available, and some great water parks. There are regular water ferry trips across the bay to the delightful 4000 year old world heritage town of Nessebar which can also be reached by cheap taxi, bus or on foot.

The nearest airport to Sunny Beach is Bourgas. We recommend that you follow the links on this site to find cheap flights. Wizz Air seems to be the budget one if you can get to Luton. From regional airports we have found Thomsonfly.. or Balkan, or try the internet travel sites. Transfer from the airport can be ordered on this site through Freshaccommodation.co.uk. You will be met at the airport and taken directly to the apartment, a journey of approximately 30 minutes. The driver will show you to the apartment, give you the keys and instruct you on how things work. The price you pay is the same as taking a taxi and the driving is less erratic.
