Breeze Complex was brand new for 2006 and our studio apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, offers quality fully air conditioned accommodation.
It is situated on the ground floor, has a small balcony with patio furniture and so would be suitable for couples or families with young children.
The complex has a bar, shop, and the outdoor swimming pool has a large sun bathing area with sun loungers and a safe children’s section of the pool.
The Breeze complex also offers access to the the renowned 8km long Cacao Beach via a path through the sandy dunes. The distance to the beach is around 300 metres.

Please note that airport transfers are included in the price of the rental.

Sunny Beach is on the Riviera of Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. The largest resort of the coast boasts a wonderful 8 km Blue Flag Beach. The town is a bustling place in the summer with over 150 places to eat offering a wide range of cuisine served everywhere from taverns to restaurants and bars. The nearest restaurant is just 20 metres away & a mini supermarket is nearby.
The night life is varied and for those interested in partying, includes night clubs, bars, discos and casinos.
If you like to keep busy there are many water and land-based activities nearby, including waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, the Aqua park (in the town), jet skiing, scuba diving, jeep safaris and horse riding to name but a few. If it's a little retail therapy you are after,there are several large shopping centres, or if you fancy a spa, you'll find that in Sunny Beach too.
For the sightseer, Nessebur, just a few miles down the coast, is a must! This can be reached in 10 minutes via bus or the fun tourist train, both of which run very regularly from the area. A 30 minute walk along the coastal peninsula path, which is very scenic both day and night, will take you to Old Nessebur. The 14th century church and houses along this rocky peninsula have led to it becoming a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Please note that, although you need to book your own flights, transfers from Bourgas airport to the apartment/the apartment to Bourgas airport are included in the price of the apartment rental.You will be met at the airport by our representative displaying a signboard with your name on it. Transfer times from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach are approximately 35-40 minutes.
