A very spacious 7th Floor Penthouse apartment, accessed by lift or stairs, it is the only one on this floor. Brand new accomodation for 2008, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/dining/kitchen room and an outside balcony area. From the balcony you overlook the large, south facing pool and have far reaching views over the whole resort and beyond. Although fairly centrally located, the apartments are situated in a quieter and less developed area of the resort only a short walk to the centre where you will find an extensive range of restaurants, bars, shops, beach activities and nightlife. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful, family friendly, Blue Flag graded, wide golden sands which stretch over five miles along the coast.

Interior: Apartment is much bigger than the norm at over 100 sq mtrs. One bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd , two single beds. There is also a 3 seater sofabed in the lounge. There are two fully tiled bathrooms with a shower, basin and w/c in each. Main living space is open plan with kitchen facilities, dining table and six chairs and 2 sofas in lounge area. Indoor towels are provided, please bring own pool/beach towels. A cot, highchair or even extra folding beds are available on early request. Exterior: Within the apartment complex there is a large pool, pool bar, separate children’s pool, café, restaurant and small shop. Only a short walk to the beach and an extensive range of restaurants and bars.

Sunny Beach is the largest holiday destination on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, situated within a natural bay 30km North of the port city of Burgas. It has developed here mainly because of its five miles of gently shelving, beautiful golden sands, natural dunes and clear calm sea. It has been graded as a Blue Flag beach for cleanliness and is particularly popular for family holidays and increasingly for watersports. The resort boasts around 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October, with an average daily temperature of 27 degrees in the Summer months. All this plus a large choice of inexpensive restaurants and bars and a wide choice of activities make Sunny Beach an ideal place for a family holiday. A short distance away at the southern end of the resort is the picturesque ancient town of Nessebar with its narrow cobbled streets and wooden houses. It has been declared a World Heritage site and can be reached by foot, taxi or even water taxi across the bay. Also if you want to see more of the real Bulgaria outside of the resort, excursions can be booked locally to explore many other interesting coastal and inland villages and towns.

The flight time from the UK into Bourgas airport is approx. 3 hours 15 mins and it takes around another half an hour from there into Sunny Beach. This is applicable for the months of May until October and outside of these times the closest airport is Varna which is 95 km (an hour and a half) to the north.
