The kitchen has an oven and ceramic hob, a large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and a coffee table. There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The hallway incorporates a fitment with mirror and coat hooks.

The balcony has a sunny aspect and is 14 foot long by 4 foot wide with a table and chairs.

There is a large well appointed shower room with free hot water.
