Totally Bulgaria is a specialised site aimed specifically at putting renters in touch with private holiday home owners in Bulgaria.
All types of accommodation can be advertised including apartments, villas, houses, cottages and chalets in any region of Bulgaria.
How will people find out about my holiday accommodation being available for rent?
We currently advertise on travel related websites as well as in targeted publications throughout Bulgaria and the UK which in turn generates large numbers of visitors to the site. All the properties are rotated daily between pages so just because your advertisement is placed after others it doesn't mean it wont be displayed on the first page. We also rank highly in all major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.
For example try clicking on these links which will open searches in Yahoo.com and Google.com respectively and demonstrate the high visibility of the rental accommodation on offer. They are by no means the only searches that drive traffic to the site but they do serve as an indication as to the kind of queries that peolpe frequently use. When considering whether to advertise on Totally Bulgaria consider this - when you enter these and similar search queries do the other numerous and usually 'free' sites offering a so called similar service appear in the results? The answer is No!

Firstly you need to register your details. Registration is completely free. You will then be sent an email to confirm your email address, once confirmed you can then subscribe and add your property. Register now!
Advertising rates
The current annual advertising rates are:
£60 GBP for your first property
£40 GBP for each additional property
This represents exceptional value when you consider for a little over £1 a week your advertisement will be visible to the thousands of vistors a week to the site. Properties are rotated every 24 hours so everyone appears on the 1st page in rotation so just because you place an advert today it doesn't mean it will not be noticed.
Secure on-line payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards via Paypal's secure subscription service. Payment can also be made in Euros and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
Please note that the subscription to Paypal is for 12 months at a time on a continous basis but you are free to cancel the subscription at any time. If you cancel early then your advertisment will remain published until the original expiry date.

How to advertise
Once you have subscribed you will then be able to access your own private client area where you can enter your property details. Six images of your property can be uploaded free of charge and they can be changed at any time. There is also an availability calendar which you can and should amend as often as you like to reflect your current booking status. The more often you edit your availability calendar the higher your pages will rank and be discovered on the internet. The rates section has been designed to be totally flexible so you can set different rates to suit the season. You can then preview your advert and when you're satisfied with it click on the publish button to make it visible on the site.
